Raised in the heart of the business, Adam gained an “insider’s education” from his father, a District Sales Manager for a major cruise line, and his mother, a dedicated travel agent. Today, he blends that lifelong heritage with a unique perspective forged through a career in public service.
Adam’s professional life is defined by a deep commitment to others. For over two decades, he has served as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher and EMT—a role he remains actively dedicated to today. While emergency services and travel planning may seem like polar opposites, Adam sees a powerful parallel: the art of the “Client-First” response.
In emergency services, Adam is the calm voice in the storm; in travel, he is the tireless advocate who ensures every detail is perfect. Whether he is navigating a critical emergency or a complex multi-stop itinerary, his mission remains the same: providing safety, reliability, and total peace of mind.
As a Team Leader with our host agency, Cruise Brothers, Adam leverages his early management experience with hospitality giants like Marriott and Choice Hotels to mentor and lead fellow travel advisors. For over 20 years, Stephanie Berg has been on the front lines as an emergency medical technician (EMT), a role that demanded precision and a calm demeanor under pressure. Today, she channels that same dedication into managing the back-office operations at Client First Travel.
Stephanie is the one who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring our growing team of travel advisors is taken care of. She also plays a key role in the success of our corporate accounts, providing direct support and ensuring their needs are met with the same efficiency and care she’s known for.
Her deep expertise in a high-stakes field makes her uniquely qualified to handle the intricate logistics of the travel business.
