Adam Berg brings a unique and deeply rooted passion to crafting exceptional travel experiences. Growing up immersed in the travel industry, with a father who served as a District Sales Manager for a major Cruise Line and a mother who was a dedicated travel agent, Adam absorbed invaluable insights from his earliest years. He further honed his understanding of hospitality through early career roles in hospitality management with renowned brands like Choice Hotels and Marriott.
Following the profound events of 9/11, Adam felt a strong calling to public service, dedicating over two decades to Emergency Services as both a 9-1-1 Dispatcher and an EMT. This commitment to serving the community remains a core part of who he is. Interestingly, Adam sees a powerful parallel between his dedication to public safety and his passion for the travel industry. Just as he is committed to assisting those in need during critical moments, he also finds immense satisfaction in serving the traveling public, ensuring their journeys are seamless, memorable, and filled with the best possible value.
Emphasizing the significance of excellent customer service, a principle instilled in him by his parents, Adam continuously engages in training and continuing education programs sponsored by our partner Cruise Lines and Resorts. In addition to his role, Adam serves as Team Leader with our host agency, Cruise Brothers, where he focuses on mentoring and leading other travel advisors in the company. This unwavering commitment ensures that our clients’ inquiries are promptly addressed and guarantees they always obtain the most favorable deals available. For over 20 years, Stephanie Berg has been on the front lines as an emergency medical technician (EMT), a role that demanded precision and a calm demeanor under pressure. Today, she channels that same dedication into managing the back-office operations at Client First Travel.
Stephanie is the one who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring our growing team of travel advisors is taken care of. She also plays a key role in the success of our corporate accounts, providing direct support and ensuring their needs are met with the same efficiency and care she’s known for.
Her deep expertise in a high-stakes field makes her uniquely qualified to handle the intricate logistics of the travel business. Beyond her administrative duties, Stephanie’s heart for service shines through as the co-chair of the Client First Cares team, where she helps lead the company’s community and charity efforts.

Having also dedicated twenty years as a volunteer firefighter, Ryan has built his life around a commitment to service, preparation, and helping others.
Ryan also sits on our advisory board for Client First Cares, our community outreach arm that services the emergency response community and communities in which we operate.
