1. Booking & Payment All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Client First Travel LLC, an affiliate of Cruise Brothers. A deposit may be required upon booking, with full payment due by the specified deadline.

2. Security, Integrity & Global Partnerships At Client First Travel LLC, we take the safety of our clients’ information and the strength of our established partnerships with cruise Lines, airlines, tour operators, and all other vendors with the utmost seriousness. To maintain our professional reputation and protect our clients, we enforce the following security protocols:

  • Verification Requirements: We require mandatory identity authentication (government-issued photo ID) and a 24-hour verification window for all high-value or last-minute bookings from unverified clients.
  • Payment Safety: We utilize secure, encrypted digital payment methods and do not accept credit card information over the phone for first-time callers or clients unknown to our agency.
  • Right to Terminate & Refuse Service: Client First Travel LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate any transaction or refuse service to any individual if fraud is suspected or if the transaction fails to meet our internal security and risk mitigation standards.
  • Verified Client Exemption: These restrictive measures do not apply to our established, returning, and verified clients who have successfully completed our initial digital verification and established a positive booking history.

3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation policies vary by vendor and are subject to their specific terms. Refunds are processed in accordance with the cancellation policy of the respective airline, tour operator, or cruise line.

4. Travel Documents & Requirements It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, health records) are valid and up-to-date. Client First Travel LLC is not liable for any issues, boarding denials, or costs related to inadequate or expired travel documents.

5. Travel Insurance We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Client First Travel LLC can assist in providing suitable travel insurance options upon request.

6. Responsibility & Agency Disclosure Client First Travel LLC acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers; we are not liable for the acts or omissions of these third-party suppliers. Any disputes arising from services provided by travel vendors should be addressed directly with the supplier.

7. Changes & Revisions Any changes or revisions to bookings may be subject to additional fees or penalties as per the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier. Client First Travel LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes whenever possible.

8. Liability Client First Travel LLC shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience resulting from services provided by third-party suppliers. Clients are advised to review the terms and conditions of each supplier for their specific liability limitations.
